This Is An Acura Integra With A Blown Big Block.

I’m sure that many times in life, you have secretly wondered what it would be like to shoehorn a supercharged big block Chevy into an Acura Integra.  Luckily for you, we now have the answer in the form of a YouTube video.  The word on the street is that this car was built by the owner of Pro Street Unlimited in Manchester NH.

From what I have been told, it has a big block 402 with an 871 blower, sitting in a shaved engine bay, with a TH350 transmission strapped to the back, full tube frame in the rear, and a Ford 9 inch rear end.  Not too shabby, I’d say. As more details come to me, I will add them in. Until then, enjoy the video, as it really is quite an impressive accomplishment.

    1. The Ford 9 inch rear end is basically the go-to rear end for any car making a ton of horsepower. It is extremely strong, easy to work on, and the aftermarket support is as good as it gets. I’m sure there are plenty of Chevy rear ends that would have worked too, but when you already have a big block V8 in an Integra, why not throw some Ford into the mix as well!?
