Well, you’re absolutely right. Sometimes the factory doesn’t put the engine in the right spot, so people have no choice but to correct it. “Nicely done” I’d say… but what’s under the ol’ bonnet I wonder?

That is neat but I would not expect the stock suspension tuning to be ideal any more. Hopefully it has been changed properly so this is not an understeering deathtrap. That said it appears to be a fairly clean installation.
a few years ago at HIN Chicago we saw a twin engine import. i want to say it was a civic with the normal setup up front and another engine in the back driving those wheels.
