How to Disconnect the Seat’s Electrical Connector
- Move the Seat Forward
Move the seat forward all the way to access the seat’s connector
- Pry Up the Electrical Connector from the Carpet
Pry up the electrical connector from the carpet with a trim tool
- Disconnect the Connector for 5 Minutes
Disconnect the connector for 5 minutes to reset the module
- Reinstall the Connector
Reverse steps 1-3 to reconnect the seat connector
- Test the Seat Warmers
Restart the vehicle and see if the seat warmer is working

Hears seats,
The power on the display indicates its on, everything looks to be working. However no heat or cooling seats are actually functional. I mean it shows it is but yet nothing happens. No heat or cooling even though it indicates there working.
Any help would be greatly appreciated please help.

We have the same issue only ours produces heat about 5-10 minutes after we turn them on. Our 2015 started heating up in less than 1 minute and would come on if we did a remote start. It’s at the dealer now for multiple other issues but they are trying to say you have to have someone sitting in the seat for it to work, that they don’t heat when remote started. ?????
If you want your heated seats to come on when you remote start the vehicle, go to your settings, hit the vehicle section on the top, then hit climate and air quality, then turn on auto heated seats.
On my Silverado when I hit the button to start the heated
Seats it will light up then turn right back off. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.
I have a 2020 Enclave. The heated seats will not turn on when I remotely start it. Otherwise they work as good as they can. They have never worked as well as my other GM vehicles. Must be turned on after full vehicle start and slow to heat. Approximately 10 minutes below 40Degrees F. Dealer did not fix it when I brought it in. Any suggestions?
I have a 2018 enclave & my seats never get hot. I never have to turn them down. Is that what’s happening to yours? I’ve had it checked numerous times & the tech says it’s fine. I’m very disappointed.
Neither of the heated seats are working in my 2010 buick enclave. They were yesterday but not it seems there is no power at the switches. I checked the 30 amp fuse under the passenger side dash and it looks fine. Anyone have a clue what else could be the issue. I did vacuum my car out and am worried I may have hit something under a seat but I have no idea what.

I have a 2012 GMC Acadia Denali. The driver’s heated seat doesn’t get warm, but it will cool. The switch stays on, but it won’t heat up.

2015 Buick Enclave. Driver seat heat turns on then off after a few seconds. Passenger seat heater works. Watched the video, but there is no box on the floor under the seat. All I can find attached to the underside of the seat are the servos for seat movement. Would the module be in the seat back?
2015 LTZ Tahoe. Both drivers and passenger heated seats do not come on. The fuses are good (shared fuses for heated/cooling and the cooling function works) but no heat. Dash button indicates heat function is on.
Our seat underside looks way different than the one in this video.
Any ideas?
