There Is Such A Thing As Too Much Negative Camber
Maybe it’s the minitrucker in me, but I like my wheels to tuck. Hellaflush? Yea, I can be on board with that too. But this? This is just getting silly. I can appreciate the work that goes into any car, but this much negative camber leaves me at a loss for words.

The Boys Head To Homestead With One Ta Go!
Kasey Kahne drove the Red Bull machine to a victory last weekend at Phoenix International Raceway; Kyle Busch is at bay and on probation for his truck racing incident, and if you’re not on Brian Vickers bad side, and your name is Tony Stewart or Carl Edwards, you might just win the Nascar Sprint Cup Chase this weekend at Homestead.
Just three points… yes that’s right THREE!, separate first and second place Chase contenders Carl Edwards and Tony Stewart.
Last weekend at Phoenix, both contenders traded positions back-and-forth, like two heavy weight titans battling for every inch of real estate to get that extra point.
Edwards has been great all season, and Stewart has really started to pour it on at the end of the year, to make it not so easy for Edwards. Both guys went back and forth all race long last week, and still three points are all that remain for Stewart to over take Edwards.
This has to be the closest battles in Sprint Cup history. The race this weekend should be a great one to watch.

Did you guys catch the Top Gear USA episode several months ago where the guys attempted to travel into the wilderness with a plethora of camping equipment? Well, here are the cliff notes: It didn’t work out. The terrain was just too tough for their camping equipment to survive. Luckily for us common folks, there is a solution!

No, this is not a psychedelic dream, this is real life. You may think I’m being sarcastic, but I’m not. This thing really is quite cool. First off, it’s yellow, so when you are lost in the jungle, surrounded by sasquatch…es, helicopters can locate and save you. Secondly, it has super low mileage, and a manual transmission. Win. Lastly, the roof flips over and pops up into a tent. What else could you possibly want in a truck? Pop. Up. Tent. People. POP-UP!

Your Wheel Just Fell Off… WAIT WHAT!?!
Have you ever heard somebody proclaim “I’m going to drive this dang car until the wheels fall off!” ? Well, a friend of mine literally did drive at least 1 wheel off, and he captured that very special moment on video for the world to enjoy. Luckily for him and his Subaru, he knew something was horribly amiss before the wheel decided to take an early apex without him. He immediately pulled the heck over before the car could begin its full acrobatic yard sale routine. Extremely Lucky!
Note to self: Always film automotive adventures, because you’ll be glad that you did.

This Is a 20B, Otherwise Known As a 3-Rotor.
A friend of mine has had this 3-rotor twin turbo Mazda 20B engine forever and it haunts my soul. Over 10 years ago, it was going to be dropped into his 2nd generation RX7 which would have been an absolute monster. Sadly, just a short time after the engine was commandeered from a land far, far away, his RX7 was t-boned hard in the side. He was fine, but the car was destroyed. The beautiful 3-rotor engine was then put into storage where it lived in the darkness up until recently, when it needed to be relocated. So what’s the plan for it you ask? That’s a super fantastic question, that I would love to know the answer to! I know that I dream about owning it every single night, but honestly, it is worth more than any of my vehicles, so swapping it into any of them would just be shameful.
What would you guys do with an engine like this? Caterham? 3rd gen RX7? Miata? VW Bus? I’m out of ideas…
